Could host get together on the occasion of birthday, wedding day etc. Can have a Picnic outside and go on a small tour to places of historic interest. Hold competition on writing articles on day to day interest, environmental topics. Conduct walking club, running club, sports meet and discuss the effect of exercise on health. The team can also conduct a monthly news letter and cultivate a habit of writing on work culture information flow, management reliability and ideas to help the organization grow vertically. The group may split their work in sub groups and the idea to have all the work force to be in one or the other team depending on the interest.
